• Application Access Code: 24BBXS
• Applicant must be a member of the Builders Exchange of Billings, employed by a member, or an immediate relation of a member.
• Applicant must be attending an accredited public or private college, university, or college of technology.
• Applicant must be at least a college sophomore and enrolled as a full-time student.
• Applicants must submit essays as part of the application.
