In this special issue of the Ignite we recognize and commend the trailblazing work of women who helped secure a women’s right to vote, have fought for gender and race equity, have advocated for their fellow women, and so much more. We also celebrate recent history-making moments like Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s Supreme Court nomination, the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) being renewed by Congress, and Equal Pay Day arriving early this year for the first time in 26 years.
